Document root causes of the issues listed below.
Provide actionable recommendations and quotes for remediation or replacement.
Identify any obsolete or failing equipment.
Deliver a written report summarizing findings, proposed fixes, and modernization opportunities.

1. Mango Butter & Beech Rooms: Zoom systems require daily resets; identify root cause and implement a sustainable fix.
2. Eucalyptus Room: Test and verify microphone functionality (at least one is reported as nonfunctional).
3. Coconut Room: Adjust sound bar volume levels; currently excessively loud beyond typical control.
