The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience as a Senior Superintendent leading major water infrastructure projects. A strong background delivering Water Treatment Plants (WTPs) and Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTPs) . Experience overseeing ground-up water/wastewater treatment projects valued at $100M+ . The ability to manage multiple Superintendents, field teams, and subcontractors across complex projects. A proven track record of driving safety, quality, schedule, and productivity on large-scale construction programs. Experience coordinating with Project Management, Preconstruction, Owners, Engineers, and Municipal stakeholders. Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development skills.
