Job Description

Position Overview

Our client, a growing consumer brand, is looking for a Global Sales Coordinator to support the day-to-day commercial operations of an international sales organization. This role serves as a key point of coordination between overseas customers and internal teams, helping ensure orders, account information, pricing, product materials, and customer requests are handled efficiently and accurately.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working across multiple markets, time zones, and internal functions.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with the international sales team to support distributor and retail accounts across global markets.
  • Manage the administrative lifecycle of international orders, from initial entry through fulfillment and delivery.
  • Serve as a resource for customers on product availability, pricing, order status, shipping timelines, and related inquiries.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Inventory, and Customer Care to resolve issues and keep orders moving.
  • Monitor outstanding orders and flag potential delays, inventory constraints, or fulfillment concerns before they become larger issues.
  • Maintain current and accurate customer, product, pricing, and sales information across internal systems.
  • Create and update sales tools, including pricing sheets, product documentation, presentations, account materials, and correspondence.
  • Support the onboarding of new international distributors by gathering documentation and coordinating internal setup requirements.
  • Organize and track product samples, promotional materials, and other resources provided to international partners.
  • Assist with sales reporting, forecasting, account recaps, market analysis, and other business reviews.
  • Coordinate meetings with international partners across multiple time zones and ensure appropriate follow-up.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for trade shows, distributor meetings, and other global sales events.
  • Assist the sales organization with international product launches, promotions, and market initiatives.
  • Build strong working relationships with partners across different cultures and regions while maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Take on additional projects and responsibilities that support the broader sales organization.

What They're Looking For

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, international business, marketing, supply chain, or a related discipline preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, international business, logistics, order management, or a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable coordinating across different countries, time zones, and business functions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with ERP, CRM, order-management, or B2B platforms; BlueCherry experience is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of international commerce, including export documentation, international freight, currencies, and Incoterms, preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues from a variety of cultural and professional backgrounds.
  • Additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Willingness to occasionally accommodate meetings outside standard business hours based on international partner schedules.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for trade shows, customer meetings, or other business needs.

This position is a hybrid opportunity, 4 days in the office in Newark, NJ (WFH on Fridays).
