DescriptionA Kforce client, in the New York, New York (NY) office of a regional CPA firm seeks a Tax Manager for their business management/family office practice for their growing commercial tax practice. The candidate will report to Practice Partners and service a variety of very successful, high profile clients.Responsibilities:* Manage tax reporting and planning and ensuring compliance* Implement and oversee the tax plans for HNW clients* Prepare the accounting records and tax compliance documents for individuals, (HNW), and corporations* Ensure the accuracy of all documents, (financial statements, tax returns, etc.)* Offer solutions to time sensitive tax filing events* Assist with Business Development activities working with a diverse group of generalist clientsRequirements* Requirements include a degree in Accounting; Master's degree preferred* CPA required* 6+ years of quality public accounting tax experience with some or all experience dealing with family office/business management clienteleJob TypeDirect HireCompensation140000 - $175000
