\nWe are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support our high-growth AI & Strategic Builder Hiring. This role requires a strategic talent partner who can identify, engage, and hire senior customer-facing technical leaders across AI, enterprise architecture, consulting, and cloud technology domains.
\n \nSelling Point: You will own full-cycle recruiting for Strategic Builders and related advisory roles that sit at the intersection of AI strategy, solution architecture, customer transformation, and enterprise technology. Partnering closely with hiring leaders, you will build diverse talent pipelines and attract top talent that helps customers realize value from our client's SaaS solutions.
\n \nYour Impact:
\nRecruit and hire senior technical talent including Strategic Builders, AI Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, Technical Consultants, and Technical Advisors.
\nDevelop and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive talent from leading technology, cloud, consulting, and enterprise software organizations.
\nServe as a trusted talent advisor to hiring leaders by providing market insights, pipeline updates, and hiring recommendations.
\nNavigate ambiguity and translate evolving business priorities into scalable recruiting strategies.
\nDeliver a best-in-class candidate experience while driving successful hiring outcomes through a data-driven approach.
\n \nRequired Qualifications:
\n7+ years of technical recruiting experience (agency and/or in-house) hiring technical talent within enterprise software, cloud, AI, consulting, or professional services organizations is required.
\nAbility to manage a desk and place upwards of 20 IT professionals quarterly.
\nProven success recruiting for complex, customer-facing technical roles such as Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, Technical Consultants, Professional Services Leaders, AI Consultants, Technical Account Managers, or Customer Success Architects is required.
\nStrong understanding of enterprise technology, cloud platforms, AI/LLM ecosystems, data platforms, and solution architecture functions is needed.
\nDemonstrated expertise sourcing and hiring passive talent through advanced sourcing, networking, and competitive intelligence strategies is required.
\nExperience with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Slack, GoodTime, and Google Workspace preferred.
