The Transactional Attorney will lead the efforts associated with negotiating, drafting, reviewing, and revising complex settlement agreements in class action matters, seeking court approval of settlements, and working with class action administrators to ensure settlements are properly administered. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, negotiating and drafting class action settlement agreements and related documents, as well as monitoring class action administrators to ensure compliance with the court's instructions.
