HousepersonA Houseperson is called to do many different tasks such as delivering guest items, stocking supplies for Room Attendants as well as being an overall go to person for laundry and public areas.Duties and Responsibilities:Moves and arranges furnitureTurns mattressesCollects soiled linens for laundering, receives and stores linen suppliesCleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways and other work areasCleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture and draperiesWashes and polishes walls, ceilings and woodworkWashes windows, door panels and sillsEmpties wastebaskets and empties removes trashTransports trash and waste to disposal areaReplenishes suppliesReplaces light bulbsDelivers guest amenities, ironing boards, baby cribs and rollaway beds to guest roomsCleans and maintains vacuums, washers, dryers and ventsGreet and acknowledge guestsPerform other duties as assigned; including guest room tours, special guest requests, etc.
